The dark blue and black dresses of this doll collection are in honor of the thousands of Syrian Women young and older who lost their lives during the last eight years. Poets, photographers, social media influencers and activists. Mothers, daughters, and unborn babies. City dwellers, farmers and nomads. Rescuers, teachers, and engineers … I can’t complete this beautiful tribute to women without honoring those women who gave their lives for Syria.
